Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the following reasons:

• Booking a consultation
• Messaging via WhatsApp

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Google Analytics

We use the information that you have given us in order to get in touch to book appointments or let you know about new services on offer, and to optimise this website to provide you with the best possible experience. We do not share this information with other organisations or individuals.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

2. We have a legitimate interest.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. We keep your contact information for 12-months. If dormant, we will then dispose of your information by purging your record from our database.
